Payment Methods
Accepted are all the following Cash, credit and debit cards:
Cash Payments: Cash Payments are Accepted
Credit Cards: VISA & MasterCard
Debit Cards: VISA & MasterCard
Please keep in mind that
Maestro Cards, Revolut or any other type of prepaid cards are not accepted and cannot be used as guarantee or payment.
All cards must be presented in a physical form.
Contactless Payments or guarantees at the counter by virtual cards, Postepay, gift cards are not accepted.
Security deposit
The renter must present a valid credit at pick-up, issued at the name of the titleholder of the rental agreement (the main driver). (Please note that cards without the driver's name on will not be accepted). The security deposit varies according to the category of vehicle rented. Sterling Rentals will not accept prepaid, recharge or virtual credit cards.
Debit cards, Amex and Maestro Cards are not accepted.
Returns of the security deposit may take up to 30 days to be processed. The duration of the procedure is subject to the renter’s bank of choice.
