Drivers over 19 years of age and having valid lisence over a year are welcome.

No there is no need to hold Credit Card. Although, you can use Credit Card to Debit Card pay for the Rental, the rental can be payed in Cash.


Please inform us as soon as possible in case you want to cancel or change the reservation. You could use our contact form or use the contact details at the bottom of the page.
Modify Reservation (with a full refund) up to 48 hours before picking up your vehicle.


In case of a breakdown or an accident you should contact the emergency number: +30 6987243047 or +30 2897031394 (all contact information will be provided the first day of the rental). You should explain the problem to our representative as clearly as possible. Help will be sent to your location as soon as possible. You should remain close to your vehicle until assistance arrives. If there is a problem that cannot be fixed on spot, a replacement vehicle will be provided.


Our prices and offers include one person as main driver. One additional driver is also included. There is an option to add other people as a third driver. This option is not charged extra.

Our employees will wait for you at the meeting point (customs exit – inside the arrival’s hall), will be holding in their hands a banner bearing your name as well as our company’s name. All drivers must present a valid driver’s EU license or international license (for non-EU drivers) and a valid ID card or passport.


Fill the personal details form, providing your name, country, mobile phone number and E-mail address. If you are picking up at the airport or the port, please do not forget to provide your flight number or the name of your boat and the exact arrival time. Once your booking is complete.


The operating hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. For service outside the operating hours (service between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.) is not extra charge


No, you cannot, as it is prohibited by the Greek traffic law to drive without a driver’s license. However, if there is a second driver in your group having a driver’s license you can still proceed with the rental.


One-way rentals are available on request with extra charge, depending on different locations.

All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as in pick-up. In case the renter returns the car with more fuel, the price of the excess fuel will not be refunded.

In case of rental extension, you must notify the local station where you rented the car. All contact information will be provided the day of car pick-up by our agents. A minimum 24hour notice prior to return date is required.

Transporting and driving the car outside the main island of Crete is not allowed.

The rental vehicles must not be operated off-road, on any beach, or driven on bush tracks. ALL vehicles (including 4WD vehicles) are prohibited from driving on ALL 4WD tracks.

No. Smoking is not permitted in a rental vehicle. If the vehicle is returned smelling of cigarette / cigar smoke you will be liable for the full cost of cleaning.


You need to request this when making your booking according to the age of a child. If you have forgotten to book a child safety seat, please contact us and we will amend your booking.

We do not collect, rent, or sell personal information about you except for the information you enter when making a booking (such as your name, address, phone number or email address). We do not use or collect your precise geographic location.
