We rented a Fiat Panda with Sterling Rentals for our stay in Crete. Upon arrival, a short rental agreement was completed, we got the full insurance (without excess) and we paid for the car in cash. The car was also briefly inspected with us and any scratches, bumps etc were noted. We had no issues with the car and it was perfect to get around the island. Unfortunately we added a new scratch to the car, but this was no problem at all since we got the full insurance. Before returning the car we went to a self service car wash, which was much appreciated by Sterling Rentals and we filled petrol to the same amount as when we got the car. It was our first time renting a car abroad and we had a great experience with Sterling Rentals! Highly recommended!

Où puis-je vous trouver à l'aéroport d'Héraklion ?

Nous vous attendrons à l'extérieur du hall des arrivées, au bureau 29, avec une pancarte Sterling Rentals.

De quoi avez-vous besoin lorsque je viens chercher la voiture ?

Tous les conducteurs doivent présenter un permis de conduire valide de l'UE ou un permis international (pour les conducteurs non-UE), ainsi qu'une carte d'identité ou un passeport valide.

Où nous rencontrerons-nous si le lieu de prise en charge de ma réservation est mon hôtel ?

Nous vous contacterons la veille de votre date de prise en charge pour vous fournir de plus amples instructions et confirmer l'heure et le lieu de la rencontre.

Comment savoir si ma réservation est confirmée ?

À la fin du processus de réservation, vous verrez une page de "Confirmation de réservation" avec le numéro de réservation mis en évidence.
